Art Earth Purchase, Payments and Returns Policy

Note that due to the unique nature of most of our goods, we do not sell online. However, we are able to respond to individual requests to send goods. Please contact us if you have any specific needs.

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept all payment methods in our shop, including Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Google Pay, Revolut etc.

Card Charges

Your credit or debit card will be charged when you place your order. There is no minimum payment required and no additional card charges.

Shipping Policy

All orders that we agree to send are shipped within 24 hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Order Tracking

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using An Post mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Delivery costs will be calculated on an individual basis as described above. Please contact us at selwa@art-earth.org to discuss your needs.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product we will exchange it if we receive it within 7 days of purchase. Returned product must be unused, in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. As we are a small business, if you are unable to visit the shop, any return carriage is payable by the sender.

In the unlikely case of a faulty product it must be returned in its original packaging. After inspection we will do everything possible to replace it with an identical product. However, note that many of our products are one-off handmade works. We will try to ensure that the intended replacement is agreeable. Please contact us to arrange your return by emailing selwa@art-earth.org with your reason for the return.

Your information

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. We only collect information that we need that is related to your order such as your Billing Address, Shipping Address and Email Address.

We collect information on IP addresses to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Only your order data, billing, shipping, and order data is stored on our server. We do not store your bank card data. 

Cookies and Browser Information

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
