Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept payment methods of; Visa, American Express, Mastercard & Google Pay

Card Charges

Your credit or debit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Order Tracking

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using An Post mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

We offer free deliver on orders over €30 in Ireland and charge €5 for all orders under €30 within Ireland.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product we will refund (excluding delivery charge) or exchange a product if we receive it within 7 days of receipt. Returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition. As we are a small business, return carriage is payable by the sender.

In the unlikely case of a faulty product it must be sent back in its original packaging. After inspection we will do everything possible to replace it with an identical product. However, note that many of our products are one-off handmade works. We will communicate with you to ensure that the intended replacement is agreeable. Please contact us to arrange your return by emailing selwa@art-earth.org with your order number and reason for the return.

Your information

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. We only collect information that we need that is related to your order such as your Billing Address, Shipping Address and Email Address.

We collect information on IP addresses to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Only your order data, billing, shipping, and order data is stored on our server. We do not store your bank card data. 

Cookies and Browser Information

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
